This list of affordable Chicago suburban elementary schools was compiled by finding all the schools in Cook, DuPage, Will and Lake Counties that currently have at least 1 property for sale with at least 3 bedrooms and priced at or less than $300,000, and then ranking those schools by 3rd grade test performance scores. Notable comments: Longfellow Elementary in Wheaton is one of only a few schools in all of Chicagoland to gain an A+ rating for 3rd grade performance on standardized tests, and there are currently 2 properties for sale with 3 bedrooms under $300,000. If we break this list down to schools that have at least 5 properties for sale that match these requirements then the list looks like this:
